Disadvantages of pneumatic gate valve: ① The overall dimension and opening height are large, and the required installation space is also large; ② In the process of opening and closing, the sealing surface is subject to relative friction, and the friction loss is relatively large, even it is easy to cause scratches at high temperature; ③ Generally, gate valves have two sealing surfaces, which adds some difficulties to machining, grinding and maintenance; ④ The opening and closing time is long.
